Manufacturing Quality Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives for our Singapore site. Reporting to the Asia Quality Management Director, you will be the primary point of contact for designing and implementing improved manufacturing and quality processes across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Directly lead a team of Product Quality Specialists and QA/QC Inspectors to optimise utilisation of manufacturing equipment, systems and resources.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for strategic quality system re‑engineering initiatives.
• Identify and resolve critical quality control pain points, driving continuous process improvements to achieve quality excellence.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement an efficient CAPA inspection and reporting methodology to minimise batch release issues.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align quality standards and drive best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 8‑10 years of relevant experience in high‑mix low‑volume or precision manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, matrix‑organisational structures and deliver solution‑oriented outcomes.
• Strong hands‑on experience in driving quality excellence and continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for influencing global and regional teams.
• Good understanding of SAP or equivalent ERP systems is highly preferred.
