About the role
Renola Manufacturing is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead a team in its island‑wide production facilities. This middle‑management position involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to staff.
- Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing work schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose actionable improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and uphold company standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Effective problem‑solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods, and work weekends/public holidays.
