Manufacturing Technician (Operator II) – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an Operator II / Technician to join a leading manufacturing client in Singapore. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh ITE graduates, interns, or candidates with basic manufacturing exposure who want to grow their career in a production and assembly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing and production operations by following established processes, procedures, and work instructions.
• Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently, assisting in assembly and manufacturing activities.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting, resolve simple issues, and support software installation, updates, and system checks.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior technicians or supervisors.
• Conduct basic mathematical calculations related to output and yield, maintain accurate production records, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow safety guidelines, manufacturing procedures, and operational policies while working independently.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• O‑Level / SPM or equivalent qualification; fresh ITE graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0–1 year of work experience preferred; internships, certifications, or relevant manufacturing exposure will be considered.
• Strong attention to detail, basic technical troubleshooting ability, and computer literacy.
• Willingness to work shift‑based schedules (12‑hour shifts 2 days/week, 8‑hour shifts 3 days/week).

What we offer

• Salary SGD 2,200 – 2,800 per month
• Shift allowance SGD 300 – 400
• Full‑time permanent position with CPF contributions
• Shift schedule: 12‑hour shifts for 2 days/week and 8‑hour shifts for 3 days/week
