Market Manager – Philippines

About the role

Trip.com Group is looking for a Market Manager to lead the growth of its hotel partner network in the Philippines. You will act as the primary liaison between local hotels and the Trip.com platform, driving onboarding, brand promotion, and revenue optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard high‑potential hotel partners to the Trip.com ecosystem.
• Promote the Trip.com brand and online reservation services to hotel stakeholders.
• Ensure rate parity, availability and inventory accuracy for managed hotels.
• Advise hotels on marketing campaigns, promotions and revenue‑yield strategies.
• Conduct market, product, competitor and pricing analysis for the assigned region.
• Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in e‑commerce operations, hotel reservation coordination, marketing support or revenue/yield management.
• Detail‑oriented with a fast learning ability.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Dynamic, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience in an OTA environment is a plus.
