Marketing & Communications Executive

About the role

Britannia is expanding its presence across Asia and seeks a part‑time Marketing & Communications Executive to plan, organise and deliver internal and external campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Communications in London, you will support the Singapore hub while collaborating with teams in London.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and communications campaigns for Asian markets.
• Provide marketing support to loss‑prevention and underwriting teams in Singapore.
• Manage social‑media channels, drive engagement and grow followers across Asia.
• Run digital communications, including email campaigns and website updates.
• Organise local events such as the Academy in Asia and the annual Asian Members Forum.
• Oversee design and production of print and digital publications, coordinating designers, agencies and translators.
• Produce marketing materials and promotional items, sourcing local suppliers and handling production.
• Deliver external communications activities, including PR, media support and editorial content.
• Maintain and update intranet content (TR Hub).
• Support measurement, reporting and the management of tools like Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, Hootsuite and Adobe InDesign.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in insurance or professional services.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Ability to work independently, be a team player and learn quickly.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, social media, digital communications and corporate event organisation.
