Marketing Communications Specialist – PR & Media (Luxury Retail)

About the role

The Marketing Communications Specialist (PR & Media) will lead the brand’s media, public relations and influencer initiatives in Singapore. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will design and execute integrated communication plans that boost brand visibility across traditional, digital and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication programmes to strengthen brand awareness.
• Plan, optimise and track media investments across traditional, digital and social platforms.
• Collaborate with media, PR and creative agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, editors and key opinion leaders.
• Lead influencer engagement programmes, including product seeding, gifting and media events.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives and monitor performance to improve engagement and traffic.
• Oversee marketing communications budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and cost optimisation.
• Work closely with regional and local cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within luxury, fashion, beauty or premium consumer sectors.
• Proven experience in media planning, digital marketing, public relations and influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of the luxury consumer landscape and brand communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong planning, organisational and negotiation capabilities.
