Marketing Executive – Luxury Lifestyle Retail

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to support our luxury lifestyle retail brand. You will work closely with store teams and external partners to develop and execute compelling marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, sales, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing retail marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Create engaging social media content, write captions, product descriptions, EDMs, and other marketing materials.
• Support in‑store promotions, events, visual merchandising, and coordinate product photoshoots.
• Manage influencer collaborations and liaise with malls, agencies, vendors, and business partners.
• Coordinate development of marketing collaterals, social media creatives, EDMs, and in‑store materials while ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales, engagement, foot traffic, and track social media trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with retail store teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Support CRM activities and ongoing marketing projects, ensuring accurate and on‑schedule deliverables.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in multi‑brand retail and campaign marketing.
• Passion for retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands with a good understanding of consumer and market trends.
• Creative, trend‑aware, and detail‑oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools for social media content creation.
• Basic photography skills.
• Basic videography skills.
