Marketing Manager

About the role

This role sits at the crossroads of brand building, commercial performance, and execution for a portfolio of fast‑growing food & beverage brands. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will shape customer experiences both online and offline while delivering measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (seasonal launches, anniversaries, promotions, new product drops) across multiple brands.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, extracting insights from delivery apps, CRM, POS and e‑commerce platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency and oversee content creation for social media, in‑store assets and digital channels.
• Manage partnerships with delivery platforms, KOLs and third‑party e‑commerce sites, identifying growth opportunities.
• Lead the marketing team, agencies and external vendors, coordinating with operations, product and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the F&B sector.
• Strong understanding of Singapore consumer behaviour, dining habits and promotion responsiveness.
• Hands‑on experience managing delivery platforms and third‑party e‑commerce channels.

Required skills

• Experience with delivery platforms such as GrabFood, FoodPanda and Oddle.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
