Marketing Manager – Singapore

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing programmes across digital, social, email, content and paid media channels. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, generating qualified leads and supporting commercial objectives in the Singapore market.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign Management: design, launch and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Budget Oversight: allocate and monitor the marketing budget to maximise ROI across all channels.
• Analytics and Reporting: track, analyse and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with Sales, Product and Content teams to ensure messaging aligns with product roadmaps.
• Brand Management: maintain brand consistency and a unified voice across all customer touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to work with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using web analytics tools.
