Master Design Coordinator – Packaging & Graphic Management

About the role

The Master Design Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing Master Design files across multiple franchises. You will ensure on‑time, full delivery while maintaining brand equity, legal compliance, and technical quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Director and guide the Marketing Project Manager to deliver Master Designs.
• Gather complete briefs from Marketing, Color & Artwork teams and produce Master Design files; brief local agencies when workload overflows.
• Optimize design briefs for quality and volume, and coordinate projects and workflows for several franchises.
• Define, communicate, and enforce timelines to meet MD due dates and project PAD requirements.
• Lead transfer meetings between creation and execution agencies, ensuring 100% compliance of creative files.
• Create TAG projects and develop multilingual Master Designs according to zone‑defined language groups.
• Ensure execution agencies consider industrial constraints (plants, printers) or incorporate those constraints yourself.
• Act as the primary contact for industrial development, S&OP, legal, agencies, and regional teams, supporting graphic managers on brand consistency and technical aspects.
• Monitor the graphic chain (timing, quality) for BAGs.

Required profile

• Technical or engineering background with strong graphic‑chain expertise.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
• In‑depth knowledge of legal constraints, packaging & colour standards, and print technical processes.
• Familiarity with plant, printer, and vendor limitations.
• Experience with TAG tool management and packaging industry standards.
