M&E Coordinator

About the role

The M&E Coordinator will support the delivery of mechanical and electrical works across construction sites in Singapore. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure that design, safety, quality and schedule targets are met while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site to meet design, safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Assist the Project Manager with project planning, documentation, and submission processes.
• Plan, manage and deploy resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors and other parties to fulfil project requirements.
• Identify and record any product or process issues.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of M&E engineering experience.
• Ability to plan and coordinate site works and resolve drawing discrepancies.

Required skills

• Autodesk Revit MEP
