M&E / Facilities Technician (Audio-Visual Support)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive M&E and Facilities Technician who will also provide audio‑visual support across our office environment. The role combines routine building services maintenance with hands‑on support for meeting‑room AV equipment, ensuring a safe, functional, and technology‑enabled workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of building M&E systems (ACMV, electrical, lighting, plumbing) and perform basic maintenance and minor repairs.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, fault reports, and service requests, updating maintenance logs and work orders.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan.
• Assist and coordinate contractors and service vendors during site works.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office audio‑visual systems, including video‑conferencing, projectors, and display equipment.
• Provide on‑site technical support during meetings, events, and presentations.
• Manage AV equipment inventory, coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades, and keep AV fault logs up to date.

Required profile

• NITEC or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services/Facilities Management, or Audio‑Visual/IT disciplines.
• Preferably more than 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building services, or AV system support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and customer service skills.
