Job description

Key responsibilities

Site Supervision: Monitor daily mechanical and electrical work to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
Inspections: Conduct joint site inspections and arrange progress checks with Resident Engineers (RE) or Resident Technical Officers (RTO).
Safety & Compliance: Enforce local Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and quality control standards on site.
Progress Reporting: Prepare work progress reports, track material deliveries, and maintain proper site documentation.
