M&E Supervisor

About the role

The M&E Supervisor will oversee mechanical and electrical works on construction sites, ensuring they meet design specifications and project schedules. This role requires close collaboration with consultants, sub‑contractors, and the project management team to resolve technical issues and maintain quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Study and interpret M&E drawings to guide on‑site execution.
• Coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub‑contractors, addressing technical and site issues.
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
• Inform the Project Director/Project Manager of any technical or site problems related to M&E works.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site, monitoring quality and safety.
• Coordinate sub‑contractor M&E activities to keep the work on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in main‑contract companies, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Ability to work independently with strong leadership qualities.
