About the role
The M&E Supervisor will oversee mechanical and electrical works on construction sites, ensuring they meet design specifications and project schedules. This role involves close coordination with consultants, sub‑contractors and the project management team.
Key responsibilities
- Attend site meetings with consultants and review M&E drawings.
- Coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub‑contractors to resolve technical and site issues.
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
- Inform the Project Director/Project Manager of any technical or site problems related to M&E works.
- Supervise the progress of M&E works on site and monitor schedule compliance.
- Coordinate sub‑contractors’ M&E activities to keep the project on track.
Required profile
- Minimum degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in major construction companies, preferably on large‑scale projects.
- Ability to work independently with strong leadership qualities.
