M&E Technician – Maintenance & Repair

About the role

We are looking for a proactive M&E Technician to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical systems within the property, providing prompt service to guests and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general repair and routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, sanitary, air‑conditioning, ventilation, mechanical equipment and fire‑protection systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance programmes to minimise breakdowns.
• Modify and install M&E equipment and appliances as required.
• Respond quickly to guest and tenant complaints, diagnosing and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Minimum NTC 3 / NITEC qualification in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, or an equivalent diploma.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hospitality environment (preferred).
• Entry‑level candidates from ITE are welcome; training will be provided.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
