About the role
The Mechanical Airframe Technician is responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of customer aircraft through thorough troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of engines, avionics, and structural components. You will work on a variety of aircraft systems while adhering to strict safety and technical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections on aircraft airframe, engine, and cockpit components.
- Ensure all work complies with approved technical data and procedures without shortcuts.
- Maintain strict adherence to maintenance schedules, targets, and regulatory requirements.
- Verify aircraft conformity and the condition of engine and cockpit pieces.
- Supervise or coordinate with other technicians and assist in training activities.
Required profile
- Aviation or trade‑specific training or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience with aircraft mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate closely with other departments.
