Mechanical Engineer – Building Services

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team and support the planning, design and execution of building services mechanical works across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and design mechanical engineering works for building services.
• Prepare tender documents, design and technical specifications for tenders.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Liaise with end‑user customers, vendors and suppliers for project coordination.
• Provide on‑site support and first‑hand assessment of project requirements when requested.
• Manage on‑site technical and engineering matters, monitor project progress and resolve site issues.
• Read and produce technical drawings using AutoCAD.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and support managers in project integration.
