Mechanical Technical Specialist / Supervisor (Building Facility Maintenance)

About the role

A permanent full-time position in building facility maintenance in Thomson Road, Singapore, advertised by Recruitment Alliance on behalf of its client. The client is an ISO-certified alteration and addition contractor and integrated facilities management service provider offering facilities management, building facility maintenance and facility consultation services. The post holder leads problem solving, guides technicians in troubleshooting and manages maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead problem solving and guide technicians in troubleshooting
• Carry out maintenance, repair and servicing of ACMV systems including BMS, chilled water systems, FCUs and AHUs
• Manage manpower and resources, and plan and manage internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Carry out preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and keep track of work progress

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC/ACMV facilities management

• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
• Engineering calculations
• Computer literacy
