About the role
The Mechanical/Electrical Technician ensures smooth operation of food process plant equipment, utilities, and electrical/instrument systems. The role involves maintenance, project work, and continuous improvement activities.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure daily food process plant equipment, utilities and electrical/instrument equipment operate smoothly.
- Carry out planned maintenance and breakdown maintenance as instructed by the line manager.
- Actively perform inno‑reno jobs.
- Undertake simple metal fabrication and welding (basic training provided).
- Participate in projects and contribute to continual improvement of plant operations.
- Become a MWG member and actively carry out TPM activities.
