About the role
The Medical Officer will join a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting, providing direct patient care, supervising junior staff, and contributing to clinical education.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily ward rounds and manage inpatient care.
- Supervise and teach House Officers, fostering clinical competence.
- Assist in outpatient clinics, ensuring continuity of care.
- Support senior doctors in procedures and operations within permitted scope.
- Perform night duties as scheduled by the Head of Department.
Required profile
- Active clinical practice in a hospital environment.
- Basic medical degree from an accredited medical university or medical school.
- Minimum of 6 years post‑housemanship experience as a Medical Officer or equivalent.
