Membership Sales Manager – Private Members Club

About the role

We are looking for a Membership Sales Manager to drive the growth of the founding member base for an exclusive private members club in Singapore. The role combines high‑end sales, relationship building and brand stewardship to attract discerning individuals who align with the club’s luxury lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales through proactive networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective members, understanding their lifestyle preferences and matching them to the club’s values.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet membership targets while preserving exclusivity and brand integrity.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to design experiences that attract and retain members.
• Maintain membership databases, produce regular reports and manage communications to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Monitor local market trends and luxury lifestyle communities to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven background in membership sales, hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands (private clubs, hotels or residences preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while fostering long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a relationship‑driven, exclusive environment.
• Deep understanding of Singapore’s luxury market and social scene.
• Passion for hospitality, networking and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
