Merchandiser & E‑Comm Executive

About the role

The Merchandiser & E‑Comm Executive will develop and execute Grand Seiko’s merchandise and e‑commerce strategy across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will optimise product assortment, manage inventory, and drive online growth while maintaining the brand’s luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Business Performance Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets through demand forecasting, inventory planning and SKU lifecycle management.
• Develop and manage assortment plans for boutiques, wholesale partners and e‑commerce channels, tailoring selections to local market preferences.
• Oversee inventory allocation, replenishment and logistics in close collaboration with SCM and Operations teams.
• Lead the expansion of Grand Seiko’s e‑commerce footprint across APAC, working with marketing to design paid‑media campaigns that boost traffic and conversion.
• Assist with the rollout and adoption of a new CRM system for the MBS Boutique, creating standards and monitoring usage.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels and e‑commerce campaign results, providing insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in merchandising, inventory management or e‑commerce, preferably within luxury retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
