Merchant Account Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Join Grab’s Singapore Commercial team as a Merchant Account Manager focused on Food & Beverage partners. You will work from the One North office, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to grow GrabFood sales and expand merchant usage of Grab’s broader ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective F&B merchants to drive GrabFood growth.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, targeting higher profitability, GMV and delivery volumes.
• Design and execute business strategies that increase merchant sales and integrate services such as GrabPay, GrabAds and GrabExpress.
• Analyse merchant performance data, develop actionable insights and implement optimisation plans.
• Address merchant feedback, resolve concerns and ensure operational excellence through regular business reviews.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver customised reporting, marketing support and product enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management or business development.
• Proven ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Strong collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple teams.
