Merchant Sales Executive – GrabMart & GrabPay

About the role

Join Grab's Commercial team in Singapore as a Merchant Sales Executive, focusing on GrabMart and GrabPay. You will be responsible for expanding the merchant network, driving revenue growth, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the product expert for all GrabMart and GrabPay offerings.
• Meet, pitch, and negotiate with prospective merchants to acquire and onboard them.
• Promote Grab's value proposition and position the platform as the preferred partner for merchants.
• Manage merchant performance and engagement throughout the onboarding journey.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Handle daily merchant queries and ensure smooth post‑onboarding support.
• Collaborate with Account Management, GrabAds, Partnerships and other verticals to cross‑sell and enhance merchant value.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or a related field with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Demonstrated ability to pitch and secure agreements with merchants.
• Experience building long‑term partnerships and resolving onboarding queries.
• Strong market awareness and adaptability to changing trends.
