Metering Engineer – Saudi Arabia Relocation

About the role

Aramco is seeking an experienced Metering Engineer to join its Global Manufacturing Technical Support team. The role involves designing, installing, operating, and maintaining metering systems across multiple Saudi Aramco facilities, with a focus on performance optimization and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance, training and expertise to the facility metering team.
• Monitor and assess metering system performance, recommending improvements.
• Develop and maintain lifecycle management activities for metering equipment.
• Establish auditing guidelines and conduct regular instrument and system audits.
• Lead strategy development to enhance productivity and validate feasibility.
• Capture manufacturing knowledge in a repository and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for troubleshooting and technical exchanges.
• Maintain and update the metering system knowledge base.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in refining, oil & gas or petrochemical plants.
