Monitoring Engineer – ESP Systems (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Monitoring Engineer to join our remote team, focusing on the performance and reliability of electric submersible pumps (ESPs) for oil and gas operators worldwide. The role involves continuous system monitoring, data analysis, and proactive issue resolution to ensure optimal production.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor ESP wells and system parameters in real‑time.
• Analyse operational data to detect anomalies and predict potential failures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions with field operators and suppliers.
• Perform condition monitoring and generate technical reports.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting and analytical tasks.
• Background in condition monitoring and technical support for oil & gas equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Knowledge of artificial lift systems, particularly ESPs.
• Relevant engineering degree or certifications.
