Mortgage Consultant (Senior Executive)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Consultant to join our senior team in Singapore. You will focus on closing deals using a steady flow of pre‑qualified leads, acting as the trusted bridge between homebuyers and over 15 major banks.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial profiles, including TDSR and MSR, to recommend tailored mortgage solutions.
• Compare and propose loan packages (fixed, floating, SORA‑pegged) from various financial institutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end loan application process, from consultation and document collection to bank submission and final valuation.
• Maintain relationships with bank underwriters, property agents, and lawyers to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay updated on MAS regulations, cooling measures, and LTV limits to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mortgage sales, consumer banking, or real‑estate finance in Singapore.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations; CMFAS certification (M5, M9, or HI) is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, ethical, client‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
