Multi-Asset Execution Specialist - Night Desk

About the role

The Multi-Asset Execution Specialist works in the Execution (Asia) - Listed Products & SP team in Singapore, covering mainly structured products and listed products. The role ensures active risk management and meets regulatory and internal compliance expectations. It reports to the Head of Execution (Asia) - Listed Products & SP and involves working after Asian office hours, during London and US market sessions, including night shifts and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure fast and accurate quoting, execution and booking of equities, exchange traded derivatives and structured product orders, while managing operational risks
• Provide high-quality service to Night Desk clients and Direct Access Clients (DACs), and give market insights when needed
• Maintain strong relationships with the bank's global and regional stakeholders and with counterparties
• Keep close contact with front-office representatives to understand client needs and act accordingly
• Support the team's financial, strategic and operational goals, propose process improvements and maintain accurate trade records and regular reports
• Update stored equities DACs information regularly
• Meet all legal, regulatory and compliance standards, including user manuals and guidelines, and uphold standards such as honesty, integrity, fair dealing, conflict of interest management and risk management

Required profile

• Higher education and professional background with 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Able to work independently and in a global team, quick learner, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills with stakeholders at all levels, strong commercial judgement and business acumen
• Regulatory MAS licensed representative
• CACS 1 & 2, FMRP, RES 12B, CM-EIP and CM-SIP, or CM-CMPF
• Familiarity with cross-border rules and regulations
• Proficiency in Mandarin required
