Multimedia Producer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Multimedia Producer to join our Corporate Communications team and create engaging digital content for Bacha Coffee’s global audience. You will work across multiple social platforms, translating brand stories into compelling visual and audio experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce integrated digital assets, combining video, audio, photography and graphic design.
• Manage the full production pipeline from scripting and filming to editing, colour grading and publishing.
• Optimise content for platform‑specific formats such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, WeChat and Spotify.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, photographers and platform account managers to ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain a content calendar and monitor performance metrics to refine future productions.

• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast‑growing environment.
