• Collaborate with Design Engineers to set transistor targets, deliver models and optimize layout‑constrained design rules.
• Work with the TCAD simulation group to create transistor structure strategies that meet specifications.
• Define electrical test structures for transistors, isolation, design‑rule verification and process monitoring.
• Ensure devices meet reliability standards and work with Manufacturing to debug yield issues.
• Mentor less‑experienced colleagues and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Leverage AI tools and Agent‑AI solutions to automate workflow and improve productivity.

Required profile

• Strong motivation to develop reliable transistor solutions.
• Proactive attitude in cross‑functional collaboration and problem solving.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and foster teamwork.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools for workflow automation.
• Proficiency in TCAD simulation and transistor modeling.
• Knowledge of silicon device experimentation and test‑structure definition.
• Understanding of design‑rule verification and layout constraints.
