About the role
The NDT Supervisor will lead a team of technicians in performing visual and non‑destructive testing inspections on critical equipment. This role ensures accurate interpretation of inspection results, timely reporting, and adherence to all operational procedures to maintain the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate technicians to carry out visual and NDT inspections.
- Interpret inspection data and generate detailed reports on findings.
- Ensure work follows Standard Operating Procedures, data cards, engine manuals, and process controls.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to meet daily production requirements.
Required profile
- Executive‑level experience in industrial inspection or NDT environments.
- Strong ability to lead teams and communicate technical results effectively.
- Familiarity with SOPs, data documentation, and engine manuals.
