Network & Structured Cabling Manager

About the role

YI-KE Innovations is seeking an experienced Network & Structured Cabling Manager to lead end‑to‑end network, structured cabling and data‑centre infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role involves planning, technical coordination, site execution and handover of complex IT infrastructure deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, manpower and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, installation programmes, budgets and manpower plans.
• Manage and coordinate engineers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
• Review specifications, network diagrams, rack layouts, cable schedules and technical drawings.
• Oversee installation of network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless APs), servers, racks and related IT hardware.
• Coordinate structured cabling works – copper and fibre, termination, patching, labeling and cable management.
• Supervise fibre optic splicing, OTDR testing and cable certification activities.
• Monitor site progress, ensure compliance with schedules and project requirements, and control costs.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, structured cabling (copper & fibre) and data‑centre environments.
• Proven experience managing project teams, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to plan resources, control budgets and deliver projects on time.
