Night Shift Build Operations Manager

About the role

Lead and develop a night‑shift production team responsible for building and testing semiconductor equipment, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, motivate, direct and develop a team of production employees on the night shift.
• Assign work, set priorities and communicate build/test issues across manufacturing levels.
• Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity and material requirements.
• Lead operational meetings, establish process consistency and align tactical and strategic plans.
• Develop and track performance metrics to improve cycle time and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive safety, lean and quality initiatives, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all employees receive required training, including Environmental, Health and Safety and clean‑room PPE compliance.
• Manage hiring, performance, development and disciplinary processes for the team.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey cross‑functional issues and coordinate with customers and vendors.
• Experience with capacity planning, scheduling and performance metric analysis.
• Commitment to safety, lean manufacturing and quality improvement.
• Ability to work night shifts and perform physical tasks in a clean‑room environment.
