Non-Volatile Memory Managed NAND QRA Technician

About the role

Micron is hiring a Non-Volatile Memory Managed NAND (mNAND) QRA Technician in Singapore. The role coordinates quality and reliability testing and collects and reports failure data generated during testing. It works with QRA engineering groups to receive instructions and share results, and with QRA and manufacturing teams to obtain the test equipment needed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate batching of samples for reliability testing and parallel processing
• Gather failure information and background, and backend test history
• Coordinate with QRA and manufacturing teams to acquire the needed test equipment
• Operate specified test equipment (Magnum5, Advantest and internal Micron testers)
• Prepare samples and test setups, and perform re-balling when required
• Perform first-level failure verification and benchtop and IV analysis
• Support engineer and manager requests when required
• Manage product logistics and inventory tracking for customer-returned and reliability samples
• Record test results, determine fail type (electrical, functional) and generate failure summaries in a database, including failure mode, IDD values, bit-map fail locations, failing registers and pins, and FID information
• Use AI tools in the course of work

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred; experienced candidates may be considered for a senior role
• Able to work in shifts if required
• Good communication skills for coordination with engineers and operations teams

• Proficiency in word and data processing software such as Excel and Word
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, attention to detail and operational discipline
