Nurse Manager

About the role

Tucker Medical, a private specialist clinic in Novena, is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead its nursing team. This hands‑on leadership position combines team mentorship, workflow optimisation, and direct patient support across oncology, gastroenterology, integrative medicine and radiology services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations, scheduling and workload distribution.
• Lead, coach and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a culture of sound clinical judgment and attentive care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, documentation, infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate personalised patient experiences and act as a reassuring point of contact for patients and families.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, manage clinical supplies and equipment to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention and mentorship of junior nurses.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration and a current Practising Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in a private specialist or concierge setting is an advantage; oncology nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, composure under pressure and a patient‑first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with physicians and senior leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with clinical software.
• Experience using electronic health records.
