Nursing Aide – Fresh Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Nursing Aide to join our home‑care team. You will provide safe, person‑centred support to clients under the supervision of nursing staff, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing and toileting.
• Carry out simple exercises prescribed by allied health professionals.
• Support NGT/PEG feeding, wound dressing, stoma care and hypo‑count when trained and authorised.
• Provide medication reminders or prompts as permitted.
• Observe and report any changes in physical, emotional, cognitive or behavioural condition.
• Escort clients to hospitals, clinics and other approved appointments.
• Follow infection‑prevention, hand‑hygiene and PPE protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, therapists, families and other care staff.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a genuine caring attitude.
• Hold an ITE Skill Certification (ISC) in Healthcare (Home Care).
• Willingness to undergo training for specialised tasks and to work under supervision.
