About the role
Arrowpoint, a fast‑growing Asia‑focused multi‑strategy hedge fund, is looking for an Office Assistant to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations at its Singapore office. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors, manage facilities, and support senior management and investor relations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily office operations, maintaining a professional environment.
- Manage front‑of‑house duties: visitors, meeting rooms, vendors, facilities, couriers, deliveries, cleaners, and pantry services.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and off‑boarding, including access, workstation setup, and equipment allocation.
- Organise company events, corporate functions, and investor‑related meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
- Assist in preparing investor relations materials, presentation decks, meeting packs, and due‑diligence documentation.
- Provide administrative support to senior management: calendar management, travel arrangements, visa applications, expense claims via Concur, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare meeting materials and support ad‑hoc projects across Operations, Investor Relations, HR, and Management.
- Maintain office records, databases, and internal administrative systems.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, administration, executive support, or workplace operations, preferably in financial services, asset management, banking, private equity, hedge funds, or family offices.
- Proven experience supporting senior management and handling travel logistics, scheduling, and expense management.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Professional, presentable, service‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, hands‑on, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Meticulous, highly organised, and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
