Office Hours Production Engineer – Electrical/Mechanical

About the role

The Office Hours Production Engineer will support day‑to‑day operational and engineering activities within a manufacturing environment in Singapore. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, process improvement and technical project support to boost productivity and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of production machines and equipment.
• Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures and maintenance documentation.
• Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support engineering projects aimed at productivity gains and cost optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations.
• Carry out ad‑hoc operational and engineering tasks as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fresh or entry‑level graduate with strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented manufacturing setting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of machine maintenance and calibration procedures.
• Familiarity with developing and following standard operating procedures.
• Basic understanding of process improvement and automation concepts.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,400 to SGD 4,200.
