Operation Executive

About the role

The Operation Executive will lead the day‑to‑day cleaning operations, ensuring that cleaners are well‑trained, performance standards are met, and schedules run smoothly. This role supports both residential and commercial cleaning services delivered by CleanNow.

Key responsibilities

• Train cleaners on job scope, responsibilities, and compliance standards.
• Monitor and evaluate cleaning performance to maintain high quality.
• Deploy cleaners efficiently according to operational needs and schedules.
• Update and maintain accurate daily timesheets for workforce tracking.
• Perform basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Required profile

• Ability to operate cleaning machines such as Hi‑Jet, Scrubber, or single‑disc equipment.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence for deployment logistics.
• Experience in recruitment or hiring of cleaning personnel is a plus.
