Operational Specialist – Manufacturing (Shift Work)

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as Operational Specialists. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to three years of experience are welcome. The role involves working in a team environment on a rotating shift schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Perform hands‑on work on production and assembly lines.
- Operate manufacturing equipment during 12‑hour and 8‑hour shift patterns.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Follow safety and quality procedures while working independently.
Required profile
- O Level/SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers or up to 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Basic English reading, writing and comprehension.
- Basic computer knowledge, preferably MS Office/MS Excel.
- Basic mathematical and calculation skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn production processes and take responsibility.
- Good communication, teamwork and hand‑coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
