Operations Analyst – Entry to Mid Level

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Analyst to support business operations, process improvement and performance reporting in Singapore. The role is open to recent graduates as well as professionals with up to five years of experience in operations, business analysis or reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational data, performance metrics and business processes to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards and management summaries.
• Monitor key performance indicators, service levels and productivity, and track improvement initiatives.
• Gather and validate data from internal systems and multiple business sources.
• Support process‑improvement projects, capacity planning, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and implement new procedures.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and present findings to senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with internships or academic projects are welcome.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Singapore.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar business‑intelligence tools.
