Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding

About the role

The Operations Executive will support daily air and ocean freight shipments, handling both import and export movements. You will prepare essential shipping documents, assist with customs filings, and ensure accurate data entry in our logistics systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as HAWB, MAWB, Bill of Lading, manifests and pre‑alerts.
• Assist with customs declarations and TradeNet submissions.
• Enter shipment data into the system and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, forwarders and customers to monitor shipment status.
• Follow up on schedules, bookings and resolve basic enquiries or disputes.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Exposure to both air and sea freight operations.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documents and customs processes.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s TradeNet system is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with good coordination skills.
