Operations Executive (Precious Metals & Bullion)

About the role

The Operations Executive will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations at LPM Singapore’s hub, linking warehouse activities with office support. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will handle order picking, inventory control and a range of administrative duties to keep the centre running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack inventory for store replenishment and online orders with 100 % accuracy.
• Prepare shipments, label packages and coordinate hand‑overs with couriers.
• Receive, verify and organise inbound stock from global suppliers.
• Conduct regular stock takes, cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, invoice coordination and document management.
• Maintain office supplies, pantry and printing materials; act as point of contact for vendors, building management and IT support.
• Collaborate with Retail and Customer Service teams for stock transfers during peak periods.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in both warehouse and office areas.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Operations Manager or Regional COO.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in warehousing, e‑commerce fulfilment, logistics or office administration.
• Ability to work in a hands‑on warehouse environment, including regular lifting and movement of boxes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and ability to multitask across warehouse and office duties.
• Basic understanding of premium retail standards is a plus.
