Operations & HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations & HR Manager to lead our beauty salon team in Singapore. The role combines people management, financial oversight, and operational excellence to ensure high‑quality services and strong revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule and evaluate staff, maintaining high standards for beauty treatments and customer service.
• Monitor daily revenues and expenses, manage budgets and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build client loyalty, resolve complaints and drive retail product sales through upselling and promotions.
• Control inventory, order beauty products and ensure strict compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in team leadership and HR management within a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and sales targets.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail in inventory control and regulatory compliance.
