Operations Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Operations will oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional patient experience. Working closely with doctors, clinical teams, and senior management, the role drives operational performance, service quality, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day clinic operations, patient flow, appointment scheduling and resource allocation.
• Supervise front‑of‑house, administrative and operational staff, handling roster planning and performance standards.
• Coordinate doctors’ schedules, clinic sessions and support requirements for consultations, diagnostics and wellness programmes.
• Deliver premium client experience, handling VIP clientele with discretion and resolving service issues promptly.
• Oversee patient journey follow‑up, ensuring timely communication, documentation and coordination of treatment plans.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards and performance metrics for senior management.
