Operations Manager

About the role

The UI/UX Designer / Graphic Designer creates visually engaging, user‑friendly digital experiences and visual assets that support product usability and brand identity. You will work on websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms, ensuring accessibility, usability, and a strong visual impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile products, producing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on usability insights.
• Create graphic assets such as banners, icons, marketing materials, social media visuals, and branding elements.
• Maintain visual identity consistency across digital and offline platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and visual design fundamentals.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Basic understanding of front‑end development (HTML/CSS) and ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Passion for design, creativity, and user experience.
