Operations Manager

About the role

Presto Drycleaners operates a high‑volume dry‑cleaning and laundry factory serving customers across Singapore. We are seeking an Operations Manager to own the day‑to‑day performance of the factory floor, ensuring production flow, manpower allocation, standards, and workplace cleanliness remain consistent even during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sorting and packing operations to meet daily output targets.
• Allocate manpower based on actual volume, identify shortages early, and manage overtime.
• Implement and monitor new SOPs, colour testing, and QC checks.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping, conduct regular walk‑throughs for safety and order.
• Resolve staff conflicts promptly and act as communication bridge between management and floor staff.
• Use CCTV and data to pinpoint operational issues, investigate root causes, and present structured solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a production line, factory floor, or operations team.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to manage a multilingual workforce and uphold standards.
• Effective problem‑solving mindset with data‑driven decision making.
