Operations Manager – Logistics & Scaffolding

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the daily logistics and site coordination for scaffolding projects across Singapore. You will ensure that transportation, warehouse, and on‑site activities run smoothly, supporting project timelines and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor the deployment of trucks, lorry cranes, drivers and scaffolding materials to multiple project sites.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control and equipment utilization.
• Track project schedules and optimise manpower and transportation resources.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure timely delivery and set‑up of scaffolding structures.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation or construction operations management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent planning, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
