Operations Specialist - Client Performance Reporting

About the role

Julius Baer is hiring an Operations Specialist for its back-office operations in Operations Control, covering the Singapore and Hong Kong booking centres. The role mainly supports Client Performance Reporting and Data Quality Management, including day-to-day query handling and data quality control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries internally and externally, working closely with partners, providers and departments on performance reports, controls and customised statements
• Support front units with reliable, high-quality business support
• Support daily position reconciliation between the core banking system (T24) and the portfolio management system (Triple'A)
• Support new initiatives and projects, process improvements, scalability measures and cost optimisation
• Carry out regulatory and risk management duties, including mandatory training and compliance with laws and regulations

Required profile

• Degree qualification and at least 2 years of relevant experience in private banking
• Good understanding of client performance reporting calculations (valuation, performance, contribution/attribution, cost price)
• Good knowledge of T24 and Triple'A Plus, and of asset classes and their impact on valuation and portfolio performance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines and act as a team player
